John entered the homebuilding industry from the ground up, working alongside his father at United Lands Corporation. From site preparation to final finishes, he learned every stage of construction firsthand building homes, townhomes, condos and commercial buildings across the GTA. That hands-on experience shaped his belief that homeowners deserve more — more care, more craftsmanship, and more attention to detail. With that vision, Sunvale Homes was built.

Over the past 35+ years, John established a reputation for integrity, quality, and pride in workmanship. Homeowners returned and referred others because they recognized the difference in every home.

Today, John’s children continue that legacy, working within the company and carrying forward the same values the company was built on: hands-on leadership, thoughtful design, superior construction, and genuine care for every homeowner.
