Being in retirement mode and requiring a house featuring accessible qualities to enable wheelchair access, our daughter suggested that we approach the people at Sunvale.  I must say that any feelings of trepidation that I had regarding embarking on a new home at our age quickly faded during my first meeting at Sunvale.  They not only listened to my concerns but came back to me with suggestions regarding additional features that I  hadn't even thought of.  Another challenge we faced was the fact that my wife at that time was just out of the hospital and very limited mobility-wise.  Again, the staff at Sunvale bent over backwards to ensure that she would have input into the numerous selections that needed to be made in respect to building components, colours etc.  Countless details regarding both the exterior and interior were brought to our attention and discussed fully.  Looking back, we are so very pleased with our new home and the ease that it provides in our day to day living.
