Since that first day in the sales office all the Sunvale people have been incredible. We wanted a lot of changes made to the original floor plan and they were so helpful and accommodating…really great. With all the custom work they did for us we truly felt like we built the home ourselves. Sunvale Homes is definitely the best builder we've ever come across. |

MARIE AND JOE CAROLANFunny, but I really felt sunshine the first time I walked into the sales office. The staff were so great, so warm and friendly. They treated me like I was the first person to buy a home in the neighbourhood and I wasn't an easy customer to satisfy either. I needed changes made to accommodate my husband, who uses a wheelchair, and they made them all, plus some I didn't even originally suggest. I also needed the home to be built quickly and again, they came through for me. I don't think most people believe me when I tell them what my builder did for me, but it's true. I felt like family, I still do. I just can't say enough about them. |

Just the overall quality made us fall in love with our home. The open-concept designs with those cathedral ceilings, and attention to detail…phenomenal. The sales people at Settlers' Creek were great as well, friendly personal, never pushy and from day one I felt they knew me. They'd actually recognize my voice on the phone and that really made me feel like I was buying a home from someone who cared. I can't say enough about Sunvale. They've really lived up to all our expectations, and then some. |
